Treatments

Three ways to unknot a body.

Sessions are designed around the client's own requirements. This style of massage is obviously not limited to sports people — anyone who performs manual work, sits at a computer for long periods or enjoys gardening at the weekend knows the feeling of pushing their bodies a little too far.

Sports and Deep Tissue

Traditional, table-based massage, particularly appropriate for the treatment of specific and general muscular aches and strains, fatigue and pain management.

Whilst a 'Sports' massage may focus on a particular ailment or condition, a 'Deep Tissue' session will employ similar techniques but follow a more flowing routine. These sessions will typically last 45-60 minutes and are designed around the client's own requirements, with common conditions including - shoulder tension, muscle strains, lower back pain and tendonitis-style conditions such as tennis elbow and fatigue associated with endurance sports.

Left unchecked, these minor niggles can develop into more chronic conditions. Massage prevents the build-up of tension and leaves you free to enjoy a full and active life.

Reflexology

This therapy works on the principle that our feet have 'reflex zones' corresponding to major organs, glands and regions of the body. Whether you fully subscribe to this theory or not, our feet are largely neglected and a focused, sympathetic session will leave you feeling rejuvenated.

Read the full description

By physically manipulating or massaging these zones a reflex action occurs, sending a stimulus to the associated body part. By treating the body holistically a balancing effect can be achieved, allowing a natural healing to occur by stimulating the nervous system to function correctly.

A reflexology treatment can either be enjoyed as a stand-alone session, or combined with a traditional massage for enhanced relaxation. (For example, you may like to try a back / neck and shoulder massage followed by a Reflexology treatment.)

Thai Massage

A unique, mat-based massage, ideal for improving posture and promoting relaxation. Once described as 'Yoga for those who can't be bothered to do it'.

Read the full description

Thai massage is an ancient combination of deep stretches and the manipulation of acupressure points. Unlike most forms of massage, the client remains clothed and no oil is used. The therapist uses hands, feet, elbows and knees to stretch and knead the muscles, gradually releasing knotted tissue and restoring blood flow essential for a healthy body.

Following a Thai massage, the client feels rejuvenated, with most reporting an increased sensation of suppleness and mobility. Regular treatment can address issues of poor posture and muscular imbalance, improving quality of life and preventing more chronic issues from developing.

Booking

Two ways to reach Paul today. One more in the real build.

Many thanks for your interest in my massage services. Please contact me via either of the methods below.

The real build puts a live diary here. Visitors would pick a home visit or the Lingfield room, choose a treatment and a time from Paul's own availability, and confirm — at 9pm with a sore back, without composing an email. This preview shows no calendar because we would never show you an invented one.

What the full build includes

About this preview

Built in an afternoon from what is publicly on mobilebodyworks.co.uk.

This is a one-page prototype — a taste of the direction, not the final thing. The real build would be considerably more detailed and would carry every page Paul has today:

  • Home
  • Sports and Deep Tissue
  • reflexology
  • Thai Massage
  • Location and Prices
  • About the therapist
  • Contact

It would also carry his own photography, every treatment in full, live booking on his own diary for both home visits and the Lingfield room, SEO and analytics, a complete price list, and working contact forms.

What is placeholder here, honestly:

  • The only prices shown are his own two published figures — "from £50 for 60 minutes" and the £60 introductory Deep Tissue + Reflexology offer. Every other price reads "Your number here" because his site publishes none.
  • There are no testimonials because his site carries none.
  • Any "Book" control is illustrative and nothing submits. There is no calendar, no availability and no form on this page.
  • The photograph in the About block is from his site and is not captioned with a name, because his site does not caption it either.
  • No cookies, no analytics, no data collected. Deleted immediately on request.
